This SIEMENS 6FC5372-0AA00-0AA2 is installed between the SIEMENS SIMODRIVE power supply and the first SIEMENS SIMODRIVE drive module. To secure the NCU box, two M5 screws are recommended. The NCU module (Numeric Control Unit) is the CPU of the SINUMERIK 840D SL. It takes over all the CNC, PLC and communication tasks.
