This is a Fanuc pulse coder unit type FANUC Alpha iAS1000 (Alpha A 1000i) for your FANUC AC Servo Motor Model Alpha i or Fanuc Alpha iS Motor. Fanuc pulse coder A860-2002-T321 ready to replace your defective encoder for maintenance on your CNC Machine. The Fanuc A860-2002-T321 comes with a warranty. 


When replacing the Pulsecoder and motor cover, be careful not to give a shock to the Pulsecoder or motor, because they are precision devices prone to a breakdown. Also keep them from dust and cutting chips. Remove the four M4 hexagonal socket head bolts that fasten the Pulsecoder. Do not loosen the M3 bolts near each M4 bolt. Remove the Pulsecoder and Oldham's coupling. Set a new Pulsecoder and a new Oldham's coupling in the motor. Place the Oldham's coupling with the correct orientation, and engage the teeth. Push in the Pulsecoder until the O ring on the Pulsecoder settles in between the motor pocket and Pulsecoder pocket. Be careful not allow the O ring to be caught between other parts. FANUC A860-2002-T321
