This Indramat Servo controller 2nd generation comes with the firmware details. Rexroth Indramat digital Sercos from the Rexroth DIAX04 Controller family, basic unit type HDD02.2-W040N with configuration no. HD32-01-FW with built-in blower, power of 40A. This INDRAMAT HDD Servo controller has a fixed configuration, it is able of activating 2 servo motors. This Indramat HDD comes with a warranty.

The drive controller has a fixed configuration; it is able of activating two motors. As regards the HDD02.2-W040-HD32, the SERCOS interface guide communication module (same as plug-in module DSS02.1M) and an additional connection for an incremental measuring system with 1-Vpp sinusoidal output is integrated per axis

The Indramat controller may only be operated without a reduction of rated data up to an ambient temperature of 45° C. Therefore it may be necessary to use a cooling system.
 
In the event that the Rexroth Indramat HDD02.2-W040N-HD32-01-FW unit must be replaced, the drive parameters can simply be transferred to the replacement unit by inserting the software module. The drive is then immediately available again with its specified features.
