This MDS-A-BT-8 Battery unit is required to establish absolute position system and backup the position information when the CNC Machine Tools is OFF.

This MITSUBISHI MDS-A-BT-8 Battery unit comes with new ER6V batteries to guarantee you optimal performance of your MITSUBISHI MDS Servo drive system.

 
The MITSUBISHI MDS-A-BT-8 Battery unit is connected with the CNIA1 connector in front.
 
Replace the ER6V batteries if the battery drop is displayed. It will take approximately 100 hours at room temperature until the battery error is displayed to prevent the internal datas to be damaged or lost. We strongly recommend to replaces the batteries every 12 months.
