NUM QVN PCNC Axis board (Axes) 4 axis digital board reference NUM 0204202069 (0224202069) for sale. NUM 1060 Board 4 axis (and other NUM CNC compatible) to replace a defective NUM QVN Axis board on your CNC. All of our NUM boards are tested on NUM 1060 test rigs with full check before dispatch.This NUM board Analog axis card NUM 0204202069 is ready to replace your defective part and comes with a warranty. 

 
For exchange service, please send your defective part as soon as possible and once it passes our inspection by our technical dpt.  then we will replace your NUM QVN PCNC board as an exchange service.
 
The NUM QVN axis board is primarily used to control the DISC servo-amplifiers.  It is installed in the rack just to the left of the memory card.  It sends current commands to the servo-drives via the fibre-optic ring.  Each servo-drive reads its respective current command and sends the appropriate power to the motor.  As the motor turns, the special DISC encoders send speed and armature angle information back to the QVN card via the 26-contact axis port.  The QVN card computes and controls the speed and current (torque) commands then issues new commands to the DISC servo-amplifiers via the fibre-optic ring.
