When you replace the OKUMA AVACII Spindle drive unit D22-A, make sure to put back your original setting via the Marked switch on the control board (SW1, SW2, SW3, SW4, SW5, SW6, VR1, VR2, VR3), You can just check how they were marked on your old control board. Switch setting depends on your AC Spindle motor model. (correct setting for speed/output power etc...)
