This is a SIEMENS NCU Box, sheet metal housing with a combined battery/fan slide-in module for monitoring SIEMENS Sinuemrik 840D and SIEMENS SIMODRIVE 611D Drives of a CNC Machine-Tools. This SIEMENS 6FC5247-0AA00-0AA3 is dedicated for housing a NCU Module (SIEMENS Numeric Control Unit). The NCU 6FC5247-0AA00-0AA3 box is installed between the SIEMENS SIMODRIVE power supply and the first SIEMENS SIMODRIVE drive module. To secure the NCU box, two M5 screws are recommended.


The components of the SINUMERIK 840D are compatible with the module series SIMODRIVE 611D. The 840D is operated with the power supply of SIMODRIVE 611 and the SIMODRIVE 611D drive modules.
